Tropes is a hyperpop and experimental pop artist who has emerged as part of the broader internet-native underground pop scene. They are part of the Back2Zero tour alongside osquinn, FearDorian, Mental, Heartstopmiami, and Bbyazul — a roster of experimental rap and hyperpop artists known for blending maximalist production with DIY internet culture aesthetics. Tropes' sound sits in the hyperpop space, characterized by processed vocals, dense electronic production, and genre-blurring energy.
