Tony DeSare is an American jazz and soul singer, pianist and songwriter, born in Glens Falls, New York in 1976. He moved to New York City in 1998 and was mentored early on by jazz guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli; his 2005 Telarc debut 'Want You' was followed by four Top 10 Billboard jazz albums and a Rising Star Male Vocalist nod in the 2009 DownBeat Critics Poll. A sophisticated interpreter of the American songbook with pop and rock leanings, he has appeared as a guest artist with more than 100 symphony orchestras.
