Three Piece Meal is a Burlington, Vermont-based instrumental trio — organ, guitar, and drums — formed in 2024. Their sound draws from funk, jazz, and blues, with dazzling improvisation anchored by a 1966 Leslie speaker and a shared love of the classic organ trio tradition updated for modern ears.
