Thou Merciless Graves is a Boston-based three-woman nautical gothic doom folk band and performance art collective. Drawing on maritime folk, the ocean, and gothic folk-doom artists like Chelsea Wolfe and Emma Ruth Rundle, they pair doomy synths and resonant string drones with powerful vocals, performing music-only sets or full productions with video art and puppetry.
