The Takes are a Portland, Oregon folk-rock band that sits where rock riffs meet earnest songwriting. Their EP Lay Hold leans into country and blues rock, led by Sumner Rahr's raw vocals over an organic four-piece sound of guitars, bass and drums. They have played Bonnaroo and BottleRock.
