The Slip is a trio of guitarist Brad Barr, drummer Andrew Barr, and bassist Marc Friedman, together since meeting at Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts in 1989. After a stint at Berklee College of Music, they built a devoted following through relentless touring and eight studio albums that evolved from jazz-rock and jam band roots into inventive, textured art rock. Brad Barr also co-leads the Barr Brothers.
