The Joe Hunt Quartet is led by drummer Joe Hunt, who recorded with George Russell, joined the Stan Getz Quartet in 1964 and the Bill Evans Trio in 1966 before spending thirty one years teaching at Berklee. The quartet plays straight ahead bebop and standards with the light, swinging touch he built in those bands.
