The Faux Paws

The Faux Paws is an American bluegrass-jazz fusion trio comprising brothers Andrew and Noah VanNorstrand — who grew up touring with their mother's contra-dance band Great Bear — and Chris Miller, a classically trained musician who has played with the GRAMMY-nominated Cajun-country group The Revelers. The three met at a music camp in upstate New York in 2012 and blend banjo, fiddle, and saxophone in an enigmatic style that draws on folk, jazz, and Americana traditions.
