Thalia Zedek is a Boston-based guitarist and vocalist who has been a cornerstone of underground rock since the early 1980s, having played with noise-rock acts Live Skull and Uzi in New York before co-founding the acclaimed Boston band Come. Her solo and band work under her own name continues to draw on her signature sound: a permanently raspy voice, bluesy guitar bite, and unflinching lyrics about life and loss. She remains one of the most revered figures in the Boston indie rock scene.
