Souls of Mischief are a hip-hop group from Oakland, California, and a founding wing of the influential Hieroglyphics collective. Formed in 1991 and made up of rappers A-Plus, Opio, Phesto, and Tajai, they broke through with their 1993 debut '93 'til Infinity,' whose jazzy production and interlocking, youthful rhymes made it a golden-age classic and a lasting touchstone for underground and jazz-rap.
