Every year on John Lennon's birthday, October 9th, the Boston-area songwriter Scott Damgaard assembles a full band — with Dave Lieb, Ken Hickey, Tom Appleman and Glenn Gerhardt — and invites a rotating cast of guest singers and players for a whole concert of Lennon songs. It is Damgaard's signature show of the year, now in its sixteenth edition.
