Ronnie Baker Brooks is a Chicago blues guitarist who grew up in the tradition his father Lonnie Brooks built over decades on the West Side. A ferocious player in his own right, Brooks released Blues In My DNA in 2024 and walked away with three Blues Music Awards, cementing his place as one of the genre's most vital voices. His performances combine stinging electric guitar work with the deep-rooted Chicago shuffle and slow-burn soul that define his lineage.
