Reckoning Crew-Northeast 77 Tribute

The Reckoning Crew is a Boston-area collaborative Grateful Dead tribute project that brings together members of several local Dead-inspired bands—including Diamond Blues, Playing Dead, Torn and Frayed, and Citizens' Dead—to recreate the Dead's legendary 1977 Northeast run, featuring both acoustic and electric sets. The ensemble draws on authentic emulation of the Dead's "Reckoning"-era acoustic performances while embracing the full range of improvisation and communication that defines the Grateful Dead's legacy.
