Pat Loomis is an alto and soprano saxophonist who plays a warm, crowd-facing blend of straight-ahead jazz and R&B, equally at home on a bebop head, a soul-jazz groove or a vocal standard he sings himself. He has shared stages with Wynton Marsalis, Grover Washington Jr. and Aretha Franklin.
