Outspoken was a Southern California melodic hardcore band formed in 1990 by John Coyle and Mike Hartsfield, with early releases on New Age and Conversion Records. Influential in the 90s straightedge and emo-hardcore scenes, they reunite periodically for label anniversaries and for Bridge Nine-style warehouse shows like this one.
