Oso Oso is the project of Jade Lilitri, a songwriter from Long Beach, New York, whose hooks sound casual until they lodge for weeks. The self-released 2017 album The Yunahon Mixtape turned him from a scene name into a reference point for a whole run of emo-adjacent bands. Basking in the Glow, sore thumb, and Life Till Bones widened the frame, setting power-pop brightness against lyrics about grief, drift, and getting older.
