Musicians of the Old Post Road is a Boston-area chamber ensemble performing music from the Baroque through early Romantic periods on period instruments. Playing It Forward traces musical lineages between teachers and students, pairing works by Zachow, Kirnberger, and Porpora with pieces by their pupils Handel, J.S. Bach, and Haydn. Soprano Corrine Byrne joins as soloist for this program in Boston and Sudbury.
