Mono Means One began as a solo project by bassist and composer John Ferrara, known as the bass player in the progressive fusion trio Consider the Source, and grew into a live trio out of Worcester, Massachusetts. With Rob Madore on keyboards and synths and Isaac Young on drums, the band plays psychedelic prog-jazz fusion built around Ferrara's extended bass technique.
