Midland is an American country band from Dripping Springs, Texas, formed by Mark Wystrach (vocals), Jess Carson (guitar), and Cameron Duddy (bass). Drawing on classic honky-tonk and outlaw country sounds of the 1970s and '80s, they emerged in 2017 with the hit "Drinkin' Problem," which won the ACM Award for Song of the Year. Their throwback aesthetic and tight harmonies earned them widespread acclaim as leaders of a classic country revival, and they have toured with major country acts.
