Marci is the solo project of Marta Cikojevic, a keyboardist and singer in the Montreal band TOPS. Her self-titled 2022 debut for Arbutus Records swaps her main band's soft rock for glossy, unhurried synth pop, all analog keys and dance-floor melancholy, sung in a voice that stays cool no matter how big the chorus gets.
