Malevich is a blackened screamo and grind band from Atlanta, formed in 2016 and named after the Russian suprematist painter Kazimir Malevich. They describe their own sound as “grinding blackened angst” — death metal, sludge and screamo pulled into dissonant, atmospheric songs across albums including Only the Flies, Our Hollow and the EP Trembling and Dowsed.
