Long Neck is the project of Lily Mastrodimos, who began recording under the name in 2014 as a solo bedroom pop effort while also playing in Jawbreaker Reunion, and has since evolved into a full indie rock band with drums, electric guitars, and a louder, more urgent sound. Mastrodimos writes personal, introspective songs with a voice and conviction that turn confessional songwriting into something with the energy of pop punk.
