Leftover Salmon is a Colorado jam band formed in 1989, widely credited as architects of the jamgrass genre — one of the first bluegrass bands to add drums and tour rock clubs, blending traditional bluegrass with Cajun zydeco, rock, and improvisation. They have released seven studio albums and remain a pillar of the Colorado-bred jam scene after more than three decades.
