Jon Pousette-Dart is an American folk rock singer-songwriter and guitarist who led the Pousette-Dart Band through four Capitol Records albums between 1976 and 1980, mining the same territory as the Eagles, James Taylor, and Orleans while touring arenas alongside those acts. After the band disbanded in 1981, he pursued a solo career that has produced five albums, most recently TALK (2015), and he continues to tour actively as a beloved figure in the classic folk rock tradition.
