John Fitzsimmons

John Fitzsimmons is a Concord, Massachusetts folk singer who held down Thursday nights at the town's Colonial Inn for nearly forty years. A native Concordian, he spent a year in China in 1981 with a book of a thousand American folk songs and learned most of them; he has since written about a hundred of his own and recorded three albums. The Boston Globe called him "a master of folk."
