Insun Park is a South Korean master of the Gangnyeong mask dance, recognized as a practitioner of Korea's National Intangible Heritage. Leading her ensemble the Generals — a quartet of composer-guitarist, drummer, taepyeongso/flute player, and bassist — Park fuses traditional Korean rhythmic structures, mask dance, and vocal performance with contemporary rock, creating a genre-spanning bridge between ancestral Korean culture and modern global music.
