I Promised The World (formerly known as Sinema) is a post-hardcore and metalcore band from Denton, Texas, that emerged from the MySpace-era heavy music scene. The band plays an aggressive blend of screamo, mathcore, and post-hardcore, and has maintained a devoted following among fans of early-2000s underground heavy music.
