Harbor Harmonies Concerts: Area 9 Saxophone Quartet

Area 9 is a Boston saxophone quartet whose programs run from the earliest quartet writing by Singelee and Glazunov through Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel, Clara Schumann and Ida Gotkovsky to newly commissioned contemporary works. Expect soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones playing classical chamber music.
