Grupo Frontera is a regional Mexican band from Edinburg, Texas, that broke out in 2022 with a viral cumbia cover of Morat's "No Se Va." Rooted in norteño and cumbia norteña, the six-piece pairs accordion-driven grooves with a modern pop sensibility, and crossover collaborations with Bad Bunny ("un x100to") and Grupo Firme helped push Mexican música to the top of global charts. They now headline arenas and festivals across the U.S. and Mexico.
