Fugue State is the solo project of Western Massachusetts multi instrumentalist Shane Bruno, playing crunchy, in your face garage punk with a no wave streak. He wrote and recorded the songs alone in a home studio, taking after Pere Ubu, The Cramps and the Butthole Surfers. The album Subtlety's Dead is the one to hear.
