Four Year Strong is an easycore band from Worcester, Massachusetts, formed in 2001. Known for blending pop punk melodies with hardcore breakdowns, they have released albums including Rise or Die Trying (2007), Enemy of the World (2010), and In Some Way, Shape or Form (2011), earning a devoted following in the New England punk scene. Their 2022 album Brain Pain demonstrated continued creative momentum more than two decades into their career.
