East Nash Grass is a Nashville bluegrass band of standout players who play the style wild and spontaneous, firing on all cylinders. They honed their chops night after night on a tiny stage on the city's east side. The International Bluegrass Music Association named them Best New Artist, then nominated them for Entertainer of the Year, and fiddler Maddie Denton won Fiddler of the Year.
