dayes is an indie folk project started by Patrick Morelli in 2022 in Boston, MA, drawing on the alternative rock sounds of Dispatch and Mt. Joy alongside folk influences from Caamp, The Lumineers, and Chadwick Stokes. Their 2025 debut full-length album Up on the Rooftops moves between alternative rock anthems, introspective singer-songwriter tracks, and intimate political lullabies, earning airplay on college and independent radio stations nationwide.
