The Gothard Sisters are a trio of sisters from the Pacific Northwest playing Celtic music with fiddle, guitar, bodhrán and step dance, a polished, high-energy take on the tradition built from years of festival stages. The series that carries their booking honors Brian O'Donovan, the late host of A Celtic Sojourn, who did more than anyone to keep Irish music in Boston's public ear.
