Brian Fallon

Brian Fallon is the New Jersey singer, guitarist, and songwriter who fronts The Gaslight Anthem, the punk-schooled rock band that broke through with 2008's The '59 Sound. Born in 1980, he writes in a tradition running from Springsteen through Social Distortion: blue-collar detail, radio static, and heartbreak delivered in a rasp. Outside the band he has released a run of solo records starting with 2016's Painkillers, plus side projects The Horrible Crowes and Molly and the Zombies. His solo shows lean warmer and more acoustic than the Gaslight catalog, but the songs still land like they were built for a crowded room.
