Allison Russell

Allison Russell is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and poet whose deeply personal songs draw on folk, blues, jazz and Americana. Her solo debut Outside Child, a harrowing but triumphant record about surviving abuse, earned three Grammy nominations. She was a member of Birds of Chicago and Po' Girl.
