The All-Cello Orchestra is a mass ensemble of cellists drawn from Boston-area conservatories, including Berklee, NEC, Boston Conservatory, Boston University, and Longy, plus professional players. This concert marks the 150th anniversary of Pablo Casals' birth with his own Spanish Sardanas and Puerto Rican folk arrangements, echoing the mass cello performances held at Casals' festivals in Puerto Rico.
